We are in looking for a sales producer for Robert Bob Brown Allstate Insurance Agency located in Friendswood,
texas
. Texas Property & Casualty required. Prior Allstate and/or Insurance experience would be a great asset. However, all insurance sales experience will be considered.
Candidate must have a proven ability to sell and cross-sell different product lines (mostly inside sales). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with professional attitude and appearance are required. Equally important to have is excellent customer service skills to assist in developing long term relationships with customers, asking for the sale and asking for referrals. Dependability is a strong requirement. You must have stable work history and good tenure.
Your main duty will be sales with some office duties and customer service. There will be many opportunities given to you including but not limited to prospecting campaigns, audits, and customer-requested internet leads. Employee would follow a consistent sales process for all prospects for pre-screening, quoting, sales, application completion, and for follow up using agency manual as guide. Employee would need to meet production requirements and goals that are set monthly.
