Deerbrook Mall in Humble, TX As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations in our juice bar.
Duties - Greet and invite customers to try our sample drinks and snacks in a friendly manner - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system - Serve food and beverages to customers with a positive attitude - Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service Requirements - Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices - Familiarity with POS systems OR willingness to learn for order entry and payment processing - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills either in English or Mexican for interacting with customers and team members If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
