30 schedule, but managers may have to work other shifts as needed Manage the day to day operations within a residential home for adults with intellectual disabilities.
Supervise residents and assist with ADLs as needed.
Ensure staff follows policies and procedures.
Manage staff schedule.
Maintain resident files and communicate with families about resident care.
Prepare meals, dispense medication, drive residents to appointments and track their medical care with the assistance of the nurse.
Maintain compliance and keep the orders up to date in the medication administration record.
Applicant needs to have experience in medical field.
Prefer if applicant has Certified Medication Aide, Certified Nurse Aide, and/or Medical Assistant Certification Job Type:
