The incumbent is responsible for creating and analyzing financial reports and ensuring legal requirements compliance, processing accounts payable and receivable and managing invoices and tax payments.

Weekly project billings Daily bank allocations Bi-weekly payroll tax allocation by project Bi-weekly expense allocation by project via concur reports.
Ap inputting for all entities.
Monthly benefit allocation by project Daily expense reconciliation Assist in data collection.
Reconcile AP checks.
Input customer payments/send monthly statements.
Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, and assigned.
