- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication Skills:
- Experience in the banquet, catering, or food industry is preferred - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Knowledge of basic math for calculating bills and making change - Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
