Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery Requirements:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required - Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a high-pressure setting Note:
