InsuranceUpload insurance checks to SharePoint Submit WIP information Work ledger with WIP patients Make sure new claims for starts are sent ReportsPatient needing appointment report (bi-weekly) Data miner Recall patients without appointment (monthly) Insurance AR report (monthly) New exam reports with referral sources (monthly) Appointment confirmation calls (patients who are not past due) Patient paperworkDeband paperwork Patient appointment report cards Oral hygiene letters Referral letters Document scanning upkeep Coordination with other offices for dental work done outside office in conjunction with treatmentFillings, cleanings, extractions, surgeries, etc.
