We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate professional to join our Friendswood location as a Therapy Office Assistant.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Walking through each room to ensure that all toys, games, and materials are organized, neat, and have all pieces Keeping all toys and materials organized and in their correct location Discarding items that are unusable, broken, or missing pieces Ensuring that all children have the items necessary for the day (diapers, wipes, change of clothes, etc.
) and making sure the daily sheet for parents is marked when running low.
Remind parents of parent meetings, staff trainings, and clinic activities Taking inventory of children's belongings daily, checking that cubbies are organized, and labeling all children's belongings with tags to ensure that they stay with the child Planning and creating weekly arts and crafts or activities for clients Creating materials for therapy by cutting, laminating, printing and copying Checking that clinic technology is replaced daily correctly by being powered off and plugged in Heating and distributing all lunches for clients Assisting with pick-up and drop off routines by calling therapists with walkie talkies when children are picked up and dropped off Assisting with planning clinic events by requesting materials and setting up or decorating for events Provide coverage at the Front Desk when necessary Help arrange clinic maintenance/repairs when needed Relieve RBT's of bathroom and lunch breaks Coordinate with Office Manager to assist in scheduling needs Job Type:
