The Customer Service Associate is the public face of our company and is responsible for answering telephone calls from customers, listening to their unique product issue, and using company-specific resources to solve the problem.
Our Cashiers are responsible for ensuring that each customer pays the correct price for their items and may also help them find specific items on our shelves.
Responsibilities:
Obtain customers' money and make change.
Have knowledge of money and legal tender.
Answer questions about products.
Communicate with customers by telephone, in writing, or in person.
Have knowledge of credit card processing machines.
Greet customers when they enter the store.
Be courteous and attentive to the needs of customers.
Have a friendly and outgoing personality so that customers feel comfortable.
Accept payments from customers by cash or credit card.
