Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and offer appropriate recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
Experience:
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic technical sales knowledge is a plus.
