As expected, a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is necessary but applicant should be Quickbooks proficient.
College education is required.
Please do not respond if you do not have the required Quickbooks, basic realty background experience and degree.
Other job details to include analyzation of financial and sales statements (monthly), attending and administering weekly sales meetings, inspecting some sign locations, occasionally riding with Sales Associates, and other office-management tasks as well.
Looking for a drug-free, loyal, long-term, multi-tasking, people-person that will enjoy growing this advertising firm in its new office alongside its owner.
Position will require criminal background check and credit check due to its financial sensitivity and duties.
The salary and bonus consideration will commensurate with experience level and merit.
