Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales opportunities - Communicate with customers via email or chat as needed - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Job Type:
