Responsible for opening office and setting up for the day Answering and returning phone calls Open all mail Check e-mail and respond to general inquiries Collect payments from guest Light filing Assists wherever needed in office and all other tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications:
MUST BE BILINGUAL- English and Spanish speaking.
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience individual will be able to work independently and sit for prolonged periods of times Experience with high volume of calls Able to multitask High School Diploma Previous office experience is a plus!
